Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM may be processed the next business day. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or circumstances like weather conditions or other delays from the carrier.

Domestic Shipping
We currently only ship within Pakistan. If you're looking for international shipping, please contact us at hakeemshehzadofficial@gmail.com to inquire about availability.

Shipping Carrier
We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your packages, including Post EX and Leopard.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is only available to physical addresses in Pakistan.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the respective courier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they are handed over to the shipping carrier. However, if you believe your package is lost or damaged, please contact us at hakeemshehzadofficial@gmail.com, and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Address Accuracy
